Özet
Purpose: The Aim Of The Study The İmplant Surgery Was Achieved With Guidance Of Computer Technology And Surgical Guide Template. Case: A 65-Year-Old Female Patient Was Referred To The Clinic With The Complaint Of İnadequate Chewing Function And Loss Of Teeth. After Radiographic And İntraoral Examinations, İmplant Supported Prostheses Were Planned. The İmplant Surgery Was Planned With Surgical Guide Template And Guidance Computer Tomography İmages. Flapless Surgery Was Achieved. Results: After Surgery İt Has Been Noticed İn Panoramic Radiography That The İmplants Were Below Bone Level And Brought To Bone Level Using A 48-Hour Explantation Device (ITI, Straumann, Switzerland). After 3 Months Of The İmplant Placement, Full Mouth Rehabilitation Was Restored. Conclusıon: Tools For The Change Of The İmplant Positions İn The Vertical Direction Can Be Used Within 48 Hours Before Osseointegration Starts. Inadequate Patient’s Chewing Function And Aesthetic Appearance Can Be Restored.
