Özet
Linear IgA dermatosis is a rare bullous autoimmune skin disorder whose etiology has not been fully elucidated. Although the cause of the disease is unknown in the majority of patients, infections can also occur with various medications, including autoimmune diseases, malignancies, and most often vancomycin. The disease can occur with various clinical features, which are characterized by papules, urticaria plaques, vesicles or bullae. In this disease, it is pathognomonic to demonstrate the storage of IgA in a linear pattern in the dermoepidermal transition by a direct immunofluorescence method. Dapsone is widely used in treatment. The average course of the disease is between 3-5 years. This article presents a case in which linear IgA dermatosis was diagnosed at the age of six months because it is a very rare disease.
