Özet
In a 51-year-old male patient with nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC), masses were detected with ultrasonography and computed tomography in both adrenal glands. The results of fine needle aspiration biopsies from both adrenal glands diagnosed metastases from lung cancer. Whole-body bone scan of the patient revealed metastatic lesions in the left hemipelvis and left femur together with Tc-99m MDP uptake in both adrenal gland metastases.
