Özet
Agenesis of the internal carotid artery occurs in less than 0.01 % of the population. Intracranial aneurysms accompany agenesis in 25-43 % of the patients. We present a unique patient with a saccular aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery associated with agenesis of contralateral internal carotid artery. © Georg Thieme Verlag KG Stuttgart.
