Özet
Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis is a rare disease with unknown etiology and pathogenesis. Herein, we report two cases of pulmonary alveoler microlithiasis who were suspected to have the disease on chest x-ray and computed tomography. Later the suspect diagnosis was confirmed by open lung biopsy. The first case had a diagnosis of the synchronous occurrence of pleural tuberculosis.
