Özet
This experimental study was performed on rats to investigate the viability of divided and nondivided fat graft tissues pretreated with the pharmacological agents insulin, vitamin-E, dextran, and cyclosporin. Divided and nondivided fat tissues pretreated with these pharmacological agents were implanted into the backs of rats. Specimens of fat graft tissue on experiment days 5, 10, 30 and 90 were analyzed histopathologically at the end of the experiment. The divided fat tissues pretreated with insulin and dextran were found to be more viable than the other groups.
