Özet
Many different tools can be used in extraction of peripherally located bulky aspirated foreign bodies. Wire baskets have been successfully used in retrieving bulky objects during rigid bronchoscopy in adults and older children. However, there is not enough information available in literature regarding use of wire baskets in young children. In this report, a case of 4-year old girl, in whom an aspirated bead was successfully removed with a wire basket from the right main bronchus, is presented.
