Özet
This article reports a study of the effect of topical apraclonidine 1% on maintenance of the blood-aqueous barrier (DAD) in albino rabbits. Artificial disturbance of the blood-aqueous barrier was achieved by cyclocryotherapy. This study shows that apraclonidine has a beneficial effect on BAB disruption, and would be applicable as routine medication in diseases with severe inflammatory changes in the preoperative period.
