Özet
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a comprehensive intervention consisting of exercise, management of secretions, nutrition counseling, smoking cessation, psychosocial support, and patient and family education, which aims to eliminate disabilities due to chronic pulmonary disease or diseases affecting pulmonary function. The feeling of dyspnea, decreased functional capacity, secretions, and disrupted quality of life are some problems that will benefit from the program. Patients with head and neck surgery and obstructive sleep apnea disorder are also indications of PR interventions.
