Özet

Small cell cancers are originated from neuroectodermal cells. Small cells are found nearly in all tissues and organs. Consequently small cell cancer can occur in any organ. Since it has been seen frequently in lungs, it was generally thought to be peculiar to the lungs, however it can also be seen in other organs less frequently. The probability of small cell cancer to occur in pancreas is very rare according to the literature. In this report, a rare case with small cell pancreas cancer that has a metastatic course is presented.
