Özet
Nurses must think critically to provide effective care while coping with the their ever encompassing role associated with the complexities of the rapidly changing current health care systems. Since nurses make decisions in planning and implementing appropriate nursing interventions, critical thinking is crucial in patient care. The development of critical thinking skills in nurses is imperative to ensure higher quality nursing care. For critical thinking skills case studies, asking patient-care questions, role plays provide one way of using these skills during the orientation and in-service training programs.
