Özet
Endoscopical resection and repair of dural defect by transnasal endoscopic surgery has been done for radiologically diagnosed nasal encephalocele of two cases presented with nasal congestion aged seven and six years. The cases projected to introduce potential complications of transnasal endoscopic method with transcranial approach and highligting the consequence of endonasal endoscopic evaluation.
