Özet
In the recent years, developments on genetic diagnosis of diseases have provided great advantage on especially reproductive health to risky groups to have healthy children. In light of these developments, it is necessary that in preimplantation and prenatal period genetic diagnosis possibilities should be afforded to risky groups for the right of having healthy baby as a human right and patient right.
