Özet
Mechanic ventilation with different modes is an option to be used in patient with respiratory failure. One of these modes is free lung ventilation. This mode can be used to prevent or to treat atelectasis. In this case report; a patient who had diffuse atelectasis in the right lung will be discussed regarding independent lung ventilation theraphy and its follow up in intensive care unit.
