Özet
Bronchogenic cysts are rarely seen congenital malformations of tracheobronchial tree. They are usually located in the mediastinum and intrapulmonary regions. In this paper two adult cases of intrathoracic bronchogenic cyst were presented. Bronchogenic cyst was located in the mediastinum (n=1) or in a intrapulmonary region. One patient had a synchronous hydatid cyst disease of the liver. The patients were symptomatic. The patients were treated by surgery.
