Özet
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a connective tissue disease characterized by immune irregularity, vasculopathy and excessive collagen production, which causes skin and internal organ fibrosis. Although SSc often affects multiple organs and/or systems, lung involvement and especially interstitial lung disease (ILD) are the leading cause of death in this disease. The fact that different treatment options have been raised in recent years has given hope to clini-cians in the management of this disease. This article will also review the current treatment options of SSc-ILD.
