Özet

Pneumoscrotum is a rare entity. A case is reported of a patient associated with subcutaneous emphysema, pneumoperitoneum and pneumoretroperitoneum. We present the demonstrative findings on X-ray and computerized tomography of the case with pneumoscrotum following a penetrating trauma of the perineum. © 2002 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
