Özet
The left main coronary angiography (LMCA) ranges from 3 to 6 mm in diameter and may be up to 10 to 15 mm in length in humans. We here report a case of the longest LMCA (38 mm) in a 60-year-old woman with subacute anterior myocardial infarction. In coronary angiography and coronary computerized tomography LMCA was measured to be 38 mm long. © 2007 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
