Özet
Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LEC), an undifferentiated carcinoma with pronounced lymphocytic infiltration, is often seen in the nasopharynx as well as in other areas. Intraoral LELC is rare, as reflected by the paucity of cases reported in a major centre, which equates to less than one case per year. The literature search revealed that intraoral LELC has a male predilection [1.5 to 1]. Here we report a case of LELC of the hard palate in a 39-year-old woman operated in 1994. © 2009 The Authors Journal compilation © 2009 Blackwell Munksgaard.
