Özet
The only cure of preeclampsia is delivery in order to prevent development of maternal/fetal complications. The timing of delivery is guided by gestational age, the severity of preeclampsia, and conditions of the mother and fetus. The relative risks of prematurity against the risks of continuing the pregnancy to the mother should be weighed. This chapter presents the updated management options during labor and delivery in preeclampsia.
