Özet
Large vestibular aqueduct syndrome (LVAS) is an uncommon disorder that manifest as progressive sensorineural hearing loss starting in infancy, early childhood and less commonly in adolescence. We report an 18-year-old girl who had enlarged vestibular aqueduct (VA) on computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. Axial CT scan shows large bony vestibular aqueduct and its connection to common crus. Axial thin section fast spin-echo MR image demonstrated enlargement of vestibular aqueducts, large endolymphatic duct and connection of duct to common crus. © 2004 Published by Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
