Özet
Cystic partially differentiated nephroblastoma is a rare cystic renal neoplasm of infancy. It should be distinguished from solid Wilms' tumor with cystic change. Nephrectomy with a careful follow-up is the only adequate therapy for grade 1 tumor. Copyright © 2003 S. Karger AG, Basel.
