Özet
Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a promising functional extension of optical coherence tomography (OCT). This can be used to visualize the vascular structure of the eye in every layer. The aim of this chapter is to explain how to obtain the retinal superficial capillary plexus, deep capillary plexus, foveal avascular zone and choroidal blood flow image with this device. A summary of studies on amblyopia and strabismus that used OCTA is also elucidated to widen knowledge in this area.
