Özet
Acute total occlusion of left main coronary artery (LMCA) is rarely found in patients presenting with acute coronary syndromes. It is a grave condition with poor prognosis. We present a case of successful stenting of a LMCA lesion in a patient presenting with acute myocardial infarct and cardiogenic shock. © 2007.
