Özet
In complete third nerve paralysis, achievement of orthotropia in primary gaze is difficult. Many operation techniques have been described. This chapter overviews and analyses the background and modifications of lateral rectus split with nasal transposition near the medial rectus insertion area for the management of ocular misalignment in complete third nerve palsy.
