Özet
The videolaryngoscope is a tool that can be used in pediatric anesthesia patients with the possibility of difficult intubation, increasing the success rate of tracheal intubation and providing a safe airway. Having this tool in the operating room, with the education and experience of the users, may prevent worse outcomes for the patient in case of direct laryngoscopy failure. Having a video laryngoscope can help ensure patient safety, both in difficult intubations in pediatric and syndromic patients as well as when removing esophageal foreign bodies.
