Özet
A 59-year-old male patient was brought to the emergency room after a motorcycle accident. Free air was noted in the spinal canal extending from seventh cervical vertebra to lower thoracic vertebra in the computed tomography. The patient was recovered with conservative treatment. Pneumorrhachis is a rare phenomenon, often found incidentally on computed tomography scan.
