Özet
Brucellosis is an important zoonotic infection which is a problem of public health in our country. The infection can develop with pulmonary, cutaneous, neurological, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, cardiovascular and hematological complications. As brucellosis can mimic many diseases with different clinical manifestations, we emphasized that the disease should be taken into consideration in the differential diagnosis. Thus we presented two different cases of brucellosis with relatively uncommon complications one of which is thrombocytopenia and the other is infective endocarditis.
