Özet

We aimed to research the anaesthesia and postoperative analgesia which saddle block has provided and its effects on haemodynamic stability. Seventy patients in ASA I-II class were randomly divided into three groups. All groups received premedication; 10 mg diazepam+0.5 mg atropine IM 45-60 minutes before the operation and 2.5 mg dehydrobenz-peridol IV just before the operation. 10 mg (2 mL) 0.5 % hyperbaric bupivacaine was injected in group B (n=15), 10 mg (2 mL) 0.5 % hyperbaric bupivacaine+2 mg (0.2 mL) morphine was injected in group BM (n=30) and in group BF (n=25) 10 mg (2 mL) 0.5 % hyperbaric bupivacaine+50 μg (1 mL) fentanyl was injected from L3-L4 intervertebral spaces with a 25 G whitcare spinal needle in the sitting position. The onset time of anaesthesia were 5.33±1.71 min in group B, 4.90±1.58 min in group NM and 5.00±1.25 min in group BF. The duration to the first analgesic requirement was determined as a postoperative analgesic duration (PAD) after the saddle block. PAD was found 283.33±34.77 minutes in group B, 859.66±172.62 minutes in group BM and 346.00±36.82 minutes in group BF. SpO2 and haemodynamic measures were stabile. None of the patient had crucial side effects. We suggest that the combination, which we used in group BM in perianal surgery, is superior to other combinations.
