Özet
Clozapine which is an atypical antipsychotic is more effective than standard antipsychotics in treatment resistant schizophrenia cases. The most important and fatal side effect of clozapine is agranulocytosis which can limit its usage. In recent years, there have been many published case reports about neutropenic side effects of other novel antipsychotics like clozapine. Our aim of presenting agranulocytosis case due to clozapine or clozapine and quetiapine usage is; to review the literature about agranulocytosis and share our treatment experience with cases.
