Özet
A 22-years-old woman presented to our clinic with sudden, painless and decreased vision for 3 days. She had chronic renal failure and hypertension for 4 years and she had hypertensive and hypotensive attack, and irregular follow- up examinations. Anterior segment findings were normal except for relative afferent pupillary defect in the left eye. Fundus examination demonstrated a combined non arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) and cilioretinal artery occlusion (CLRAO) in the left eye. The association of combined NAION and CLRAO can occur in patients with chronic renal failure and irregular systemic blood pressure.
