Özet
Burkitt lymphoma is a high-grade lymphoma with well known clinical and immunohistochemical features. While mandible is classically involved in the African type, abdominopelvic region and other lymph node involvement may be observed in the American type, and radiological differentiation from other lymphoproliferative diseases may be difficult. In this paper, we present sonographic and multidetector computed tomographic characteristics of two different lesions in liver and iliac fossa with similar a radiological appearance in a 30-year-old patient with Burkitt lymphoma. © Gülhane Askeri Tip Akademisi 2007.
