Özet

We performed ophthalmologic evaluation in 93 patients with inflammatory bowel disease (78 with ulcerative colitis and 15 with Crohn's disease). Ocular complications developed in 12 patients (age, 16 to 53 years): 10 with ulcerative colitis and 2 with Crohn's disease. Ocular complications included episcleritis (n = 2), subepithelial infiltrates (n = 2), uveitis (n = 2), perivascular sheathing (n = 3), retinal vasculitis (n = 1), and multifocal infiltrates (n = 5).
