Özet
The treatment of A1 aneurysms through endovascular methods can be difficult. Coiling and assisted coiling are the most commonly used techniques. While flow diverters (FDs) are widely accepted for treating ruptured blister-like and dissecting aneurysms, their efficacy in treating ruptured distal A1 aneurysms requires further investigation. More case studies are needed to determine the safety and effectiveness of using FDs for this purpose. To aim this purpose, we report 3 ruptured A1 aneurysms treated with FDs. Our case series demonstrate FDs' safety and efficacy profile on ruptured distal A1 aneurysms. Ultimately, deciding the most appropriate treatment method for an A1 aneurysm will depend on carefully considering the individual case and the patient's specific needs.
