Özet
The experiments carried out for producing micro patterns on biomaterials surface, correct spatial distribution of differentiation factor over micro capillaries by using pressure micro molding, and 3D laminated scaffold with aligned micro channels were described. The surface of the processed membranes were studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was observed that depth of capillaries were about 100 μm. Tracks of heparin were also found to be attached over capillaries with occasional unstained capillary regions. The results show that Micro-Capillary patterned Lamellar Scaffolds can be assembled to form tissue engineering scaffolds with well defined microstructures.
