Özet
The clinical value of chest radiographs in neonates with respiratory distress in neonatal intensive care unit was evaluated retrospectively. Using a portable x-ray equipment, 208 chest roentgenograms were obtained in 142 neonates with respiratory problems. Twenty-five of these graphies were obtained after the intubation of the children and malposition of the endotracheal tube was detected in 16 % them, in this retrospective study, the value of radiological imaging, especially in the diagnosis of diseases which could corrected by early surgical intervention has been shown.
