Özet
Adult-onset Still's disease is an acute, inflammatory, febrile disorder and it presents with variety of clinical courses. Not only flu-like symptoms but also myalgia, arthritis, lymphadenophaty may occur. High level of serum ferritine is one of the patognomonic features of the disease. We report a case with different clinical course and treatment.
