Özet
The effect of the preparation method on the dissolution characteristics of ibuprofen (1)-low-molecular gelatin (LMG) solid mixtures has been studied. The 1-LMG solid mixtures in a weight ratio of 1:2 were prepared by the kneading, grinding and co-precipitating methods and dissolution of these was carried out. The interaction of 1 with LMG in aqueous solution and in the solid state was examined by solubility analysis, powder X-ray diffractometry and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) measurements. Also, the surface tension measurements of samples were performed. It was found that kneading and grinding methods were useful in increasing the dissolution rate of 1 from the solid mixtures which were prepared by using LMG.
