The diagnosis of post transplant renal artery stenosis with captopril renal scintigraphy: Case report

Özet
A case of post-transplant renal artery stenosis was evaluated before and after angioplasty to determine the value of conventional and captopril Tc-99m MAG3 scintigraphy. Captopril scintigraphy with Tc-99m MAG3 suggested renal arterial stenosis which was then confirmed with intraarterial DSA. The improvment of renal function was shown with renal scintigraphy after the angioplasty procedure.
