Özet
Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis is a relatively rare dermatosis was first described in 1927 by Gougerot ve Carteaud. Usually appers with hyperpigmented, hyperkeratotic or verrucous, united in the middle, edges of the image forming reticular, recurrent papuler lesions. Its pathophysiology is still unclear. Various treatment modalities have been proposed. Selenium sulfide, topical calcipotriol, keratolytics such as urea and lactic acid, retinoids, tetracycline group of antibiotics (especially minocycline), erythromycin, azithromycin, amoxicillin, roxitromisin can be used. Herein, we present a 17 year old female patient treated with doxycycline and calcipotriol.
