Özet
Spontaneus migration of the intrauterine devices(IUD) into the bladder is a rare complication. We report and describe the clinical outcome and management of one such case of intravesical IUD. The diagnosis was confirmed after cystoscopic visualization. Endoscopic examination allowed removal of the IUD. © Gülhane Askeri Ti{dotless}p Akademisi 2013.
