Özet
Disorders of perianal region in infancy and childhood are frequent problems. They cause symptoms like bleeding, pain, abcess, perianal mass and can lead anxiety in both of parents and child. Treatment opsions can be either medical or surgical. The aim of this study is to review the diagnosis and the management of the childhood perianal diseases that are frequently seen in policlinics. Rectal prolapse, perianal abscess, fistula-in-ano, haemorrhoid, anal fissure, condyloma accuminatum and rectal trauma in childhood are the main topics of the study.
