Özet

Although pregnancy and lactation are physiological events, patients who have risk factors can develop osteoporosis. Heparin which affects bone metabolism induces osteoporosis and osteoporosis may be hidden under the shadow of primary illness. It was aimed to present a case with low molecular weight heparin induced osteoporosis during the lactation period and to emphasize the risk factors of osteoporosis during pregnancy.
