Özet
Medial subtalar dislocations are rare injuries. A 35year old male patient with medial subtalar dislocation was treated with closed reduction without anesthesia and below knee cast fixation for four weeks. At the end of the four year follow up the ankle-hind foot score was 100 according to American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society clinical rating system.
