Özet
Posterior reversible leukoencephalopathy syndrome is a syndrome that is characterized with sudden increase in blood pressure associated with diplopia or blurred vision, nausea, vomitting, headache, changes in conciousness and seizures. It is generally seen during hypertension, eclemsia and immunosupressive treatment. Most important aspests of this syndrome are to affect the posterior regions of brain and to get full recovery of clinical and radiological disturbances with early diagnosis and treatment. Delay in diagnosis and treatment may cause neurological sequelas. Here, this case is presented in order to emphesize that this syndrome must be kept in mind in the early period when cancer patients have sudden neurological disturbances.
