Özet

Glutaric aciduria type-1 is an inborn error metabolism with otosomal recessive inheritance with early diagnosis and appropriate adjusment, cerebral diskinetic palsy, that it cause be prevented in this patients. Appropriate diet adjusment effects the mortality and morbidity of these patients in a positive way. This article is to show the importance of appropriate diet in type-1 glutaric aciduria.
