Özet
Mesenteric fibromatosis is a very rare lesion which does not metastasise but can be locally aggressive. It has a high recurrence rate after resection. Here, we have presented a case who was 43 years old, complained of right lower quadrant pain and palpable mass. The preoperative evaluations revealed a lesion related with ceacum or plastrone apandicitis eventhough the diagnosis at the operation was a mesenteric fibromatosis. If we suspect the case as mesenteric fibromatosis, the diagnosis and the treatment algorithm with an interdisciplinary approach are drawn for decreasing the rate of morbidity.
