Özet
Appendiceal mucocele is a rare condition. It is usually asymptomatic and radio-logically observed as cystic mass in the right lower quadrant. We presented a 77 year old woman with mucocele of the appendix. Appendiceal mucocele should be included in the differential diagnosis of the cystic masses observed at the right lower quadrant.
