Özet

Cervicogenic vertigo can be a debilitating condition that leaves patients struggling with dizziness, cervical spine dysfunctions, and postural imbalance. These symptoms significantly affect patients’ daily lives, making even simple tasks difficult. It’s essential to administer appropriate treatment to enhance the patient’s quality of life. Vertigo is defined as a sensation where the external world revolves around the individual, either objectively or as if the individual is revolving in space, called “subjective vertigo.” The vestibular, ocular, and proprioceptive systems must cooperate to maintain balance and postural control. Vertigo may occur due to various factors, including drugs, vestibular, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, psychological, and visual problems. Cervicogenic vertigo can be a debilitating condition that leaves patients struggling with dizziness, cervical spine dysfunctions, and postural imbalance. These symptoms significantly affect patients’ daily lives, making even simple tasks difficult. It is essential to administer appropriate treatment to enhance the patient’s quality of life.
