Özet
The focus of the nursing profession in the world is care of good quality to the patient or healthy individual and how this care should be succeeded1. It is necessary to give qualified care that the nurse have physicomotor, sensorial and intellectual skills and her applications be based on scientific knowledge. The relationship with the patient and their relatives is not a relation developed by spontaneous or by a chance. Since there is necessity to help the individual as profession, this relationship is established intentionally. The purpose of the relation is to get the individual to feel himself as a 'valued person' and be safe. The individuals and their relatives can feel these by means of the professional communication and approach skill of the nurse. Emergency departments are the health units serving the humans 24 hours a day. Therefore, satisfactory and effective communications of both the employees and individuals, who request service, affect directly the quality of the service.
